Terrible experience! On 12/21/18 I ordered the huevos rancheros. Upon receiving them I noticed what appeared to be a shrimp tail, upon closer inspection i confirmed it was a dead COCKROACH! The sad part is that everyone from the waiter to the GM denied it was a COCKROACH and never apologized to me. Good food all the time but waiters need to improve their service!
Well second time trying Black Bear diner. Again the service sucked 2.79 for two cups of coffee food was so so but service twice terrible in different counties Sacramento and Orange county. Where are the big portions they talk about. Thanks no thanks I will stick to Flappy Jacks in Orange and IHOP. I did not die or get sick from the food and some people enjoy bad service so I gave 3 stars because I have a heart. Lol.

Took dad to breakfast here, NEVER got acknowledged by any waitress, people came in after us and got served, we left without eating since no service to be had here. Very disappointed in the management here or lack of since did not see any.
