BEC I found hair in scramble eggs! Bad service. Never go back again!!!
I don't know what happend the day we went but our service was horrible! We waited about 40 min for our food. They only checked on us once. Food was good but our fries were cold. 👎 Maybe they were short staffed.
Went for breakfast with my mom after her Dr. appointment. Seating was quick but it kinda went downhill from there. Our waiter asked what we would like to drink. Got our coffee and then he took our order. Not sure if this guy is always like this or not. His personality is not a fit for this position. People like to see a smile or some kind of emotion. Well our food came and it looked ok but had no flavor at all. The hash browns had a light brown crisp on the top but there were several spots where they weren't fully cooked. ... read more
Food is pretty good. We have been there since it opened several times. The service has gone down hill Very nice people but slow you wait forever for your food. Dissappointing My grandson loves all the Bear Stuff...
Food was mediocre, sat us near the service station all we heard was clanging and banging of dishes. Then we asked to be moved, the new booth had not been properly cleaned off and there was food on the seat and table. The waitress had to wipe it off again, she did not seem happy! LOL Then as we sat, my salad was served but the table had no utensils, and I think the worst part of the visit was the very bright lights... the music was great though!

We have gone to this location several times and while the food has been good, the service has been lacking. They seem understaffed every time. I saw who I thought was the manager walking around. Seems like he should have jumped in to take orders deliver food etc...Our servers have always been polite but definitely stretched thin.

Went for breakfast and the food was great. Was seated right away. The server seemed very lost. My daughter order water myself an Orange Huice and my wife water and coffee. The waitress came back with 3 waters and then asked what we would like to eat. Hhhhmmmm I said what about the OJ and coffee. She just stood there for a minute and looked so confused and then said sonyou want OJ and coffee to? Lol. Well the food was great service not so great. Will go back but hopefully service is better.
