Usually great until screaming children were sat directly next to my girlfriend and I, only to be treated rudely when we asked for to-go boxes when our food arrived.
Omgosh ...horrible meal. The glasses were not clean, the water tasted like soap and the waiter actually argued with me about it. My friend ordered a sandwich with no mayo, it came with mayo..sent it back after being interrogated "are you sure it has mayo"...holy crap. Then when the new sandwich came, the Fries had so much salt on them, they were inedible. My salad had more croutons than chicken and the lettuce was rusty and wilted. Huge groups come in, we're a group of 2 people. Booth that fits 2 people open for 25 mins.. and the manager there says he has big groups to sit first and there is noone to seat is. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. ... never had this service like that before. If HQ reads this, please contact me.
The food was good ,service was terrible, terrible, terrible
Ordered a waffle and was brought a waffle shaped pancake. They use the same batter for both waffles and pancakes. Scam much! Eggs were cold. Bacon was raw. Not to mention the crazy waitress that stared me down and questioned my reasonings not liking my food. I thought she'd follow me to my car! Manager would only take off the charge for the waffle. Had to drive back because we realized we were overcharged! Unacceptable! $30 for garbage food and horrible service! All I wanted was a good waffle We will NEVER return! EVER!
We ate at this restaurant for the first time tonight. Other than the ghetto family we sat next to with 8 or 9 loud miss behaived kids the resturant was great. After I complained to managment about them we were finally moved. To the parents of the family that disrupted our meal. You should he ashamed of your self for teaching your kids to misbehave just because you were asked to keep your kids quite. Our autistic son behaived way better then any of your children.
