The Grants Pass location has gone downhill. Second time I’ve been served old burnt potatoes. Won’t eat there again.

Last time we ate there was the end of November and the food was awful. No desire to go back.
After we were seated by a waitress that was not our waitress , our order was taken right away, then the trouble began. We had to stop a waitress just to get some water and coffee. we sat right behind the cash register and waitresses were walking back and forth seating people and taking people's money. they would glance at us as they passed by. Did not appreciate listening to the manager and I’m guessing lead hostess talk trash about other employees the ENTIRE time I was eating my meal… especially since the younger hostess was obviously inexperienced and trying her best only to be snapped at and the “manager “ roll her eyes because she asked for clarification on directions she never received in the first place directly in front of a customer. My husband and I came in with our baby this morning for breakfast and waited over 20 minutes after we were sat down with no service or even acknowledgement of any kind from any wait staff at all so we left. Busy is fine! Forgotten is not, especially having a kiddo. We were ready to order right when we sat down and wait staff passed us again and again without even bringing water.
