Food was great. Our server did an outstanding job. The problem was the manager Russ Miner. He had a very poor attitude and demeanor and offered no apologies whatsoever for what took place at our meal this morning. We had nine adults and 5 kids with our party and from the time we placed our order it took 30 minutes approximately to get the first two meals out. I will never go to another Black Bear Diner again! The food is good, but the service is beyond terrible, not just the one here in Oregon but in California too.
