In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. The waitress was very good and quite friendly. The restaurant was very accommodating when we requested some changes to our food selection. The food was absolutely amazing and I plan on bringing my mother there to eat when she is visiting next month. Keep up the great work with the place. The portions were at the extent that I ate dinner, took leftovers home, had enough for 2 more dinners..

Black Bear always have great food and food servers I always go back
Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Food was fresh and tasted great. Will definitely be going back soon.
