This was the worst breakfast that I’ve had from Black Bear Diner! Hash browns were burnt to a crisp and tasted like grease. Bacon was also burnt and in small pieces. Got my order wrong at first and then brought out the correct one out. Always go to the ones in Arizona. Maybe it was just a bad cook. The rest of the family had good food. Next time.

super disappointed. Corn bread muffin came with our meal, when I asked the server I was told they were out and not offered substitute. The daily specials were sold out. I think they were way to busy for the wait staff on hand to keep up.

We visit this location often but today was one for the books. Unfortunately, the experience was destroyed as we were leaving. I would like to speak with someone from the restaurant about the ignorance and arrogance we experienced. Our server was great, food was good.. but the act of one bad person can kill a good company.

LIPSTICK ON MY COFFEE CUP!!😳😣😤😡😷 Soooo, I ordered a cup of hot tea to accompany my breakfast. I rushed and drank a few sips immediately, but on the third sip I notice there is LIPSTICK ON MY CUP, BUT I'm NOT wearing any lipstick lip gloss or anything 😳😭! We immediately requested a Manager! The Manager arrives, I point to the lipstick and he says "It's sanitized, it went through the disinfection process but it missed that part!"😳😳😳😳 My calm response was " You do realize now this means the cup is NOT sanitized righ... read more
