Food is ok and waiters giving their best to serve. One waitress (not the one assigned to us) holding a carafe of coffee offer us a refill after I smiled at her as she pass our table to serve her own customer. I didn't ask her for a refill but she offered. A smile can always go a long way it makes their job lighter.
For the first time since I started eating at Black Bear Diner's I was not impressed with the food. The usually fluffy and robust omelet was thin and sparse on the ingredients, and the country potatoes were blackened and crunchy hard. Plus they charged $3.99 for my daughter's side of hashbrowns; seriously, it's barely half a potatoe? Maybe I just caught you guys on a bad day, but I hope your not going to sacrifice the well known and expected quality to pay for you new renovations. Thats the worst black bear diner I've ever eaten at. Food was terrible. Don't judge BBD by this location, they usually have great food.
