I f I could leave less than 1 star I would - food is good - but the STAFF are elderly abusive - what do they think we are all ready to drop dead and are not worth their time??? It is so unfortunate the staff is terrible. If you really have to go to Black Bear chose another location, like on Sunset Rd.
We were promptly seated, however the floor around us still had food and debris from the previous customers. We were loudly asked what we wanted to drink, as if someone was yelling in our ears. Service great..... Raw hamburger.... Free meal....
What is not to love about this place? The bear theme was adorable. The menu in the form of a newspaper was adorable. The wait staff was super fun. The food was delicious (and way more than I could eat). This place would get a 10bfrom me...can't wait to go back!
Have been to the South Las Vegas location twice.. ...great, prompt service and great food.....will be back.....we tried the one on Sunset and Green Valley Parkway.....wont be back....after we were seated,we waited 20 minutes and never got served.....3 waitresses were standing around with their thumb you know,where.....they weren't even busy....we got up and walked out with a waitress chasing us,out the door saying I will wait on you right now......I told her, No you wont, we are leaving... 20 minutes is,ample time
