I f I could leave less than 1 star I would - food is good - but the STAFF are elderly abusive - what do they think we are all ready to drop dead and are not worth their time??? It is so unfortunate the staff is terrible. If you really have to go to Black Bear chose another location, like on Sunset Rd.

After placing our orders, Chicken and Waffle for me, fruit on the side and Tuna Melt, no cheese, fries and cole slaw for my husband, it seemed forever (More than 20 minutes) for our orders. Finally our food arrived... read more

What is not to love about this place? The bear theme was adorable. The menu in the form of a newspaper was adorable. The wait staff was super fun. The food was delicious (and way more than I could eat). This place would get a 10bfrom me...can't wait to go back!
