I ordered the fish and chips and my wife had the prime rib dinner. My hush puppies were raw on the insides. Prime rib was served without Au Jus and her baked potato wasn't baked long enough, it was very hard. Not what I would consider a pleasant dining experience.

So I called and asked to speak to the manager Francisco who told me to go f#ck myself. I had to driv... read more

Had Breakfast and Lunch today at Tropicana Black Bear. The service by Anthony was awesome. Great personality and very attentive. The portions of the food was good, but the kitchen needs help. It was pretty slow, and a couple of mistakes. Overall experience was good. We'll try them again.
