I used to love this Black Bear. I used to go there almost every week. Today, the server totally blew us off. At first, I thought maybe it was because she was busy. But she stopped at the other tables around us and was pleasant to them. She never checked on us. Never checked if we wanted more coffee. Never even brought us our bill. She wouldn't even look at our table when she walked by. Our food was cold. It was so blatant that I felt unwelcome.

Not enough staff. Food was so so. Waited 15 minutes on Tuesday around 11am.

The food wasn't that great, eggs over cooked, apple sausage had no flavor and a lil burned, only thing I enjoyed was the english muffins. Sorry Black Bear my 2nd one I've been too and both times dissapointed

Unbelievably SLOW SERVICE. Not the food servers fault. Staff cut at peak lunch hour, leaving a very stressful situation for the 3 remaining servers. The food is good, but not good enough to wait 20-30 minutes just to have your order taken, then another 30 for food to come out. Manager, Don, bought us a hot fudge sundae. Nice gesture, but I won't be going back on the day shift.....
