My family and I went to eat today, they all had been before, this was my first time going. We were sat at the table and drinks were ordered by the hostess. After 20 minutes, we still had not seen our waitress. My husband went up and spoke to the front manager, and he came over and took our order. He was the only saving grace and why I gave two stars and not one. Our waitress didn't speak to us until we got our food, aside from a "what are you drinking" directed to myself, as I did not have water like the rest of the table. ... read more

Order two meals of the expensive sirloin at bear for breakfast about an hour and half ago through door dash and though my door dash driver was patient enough to wait the 45 minutes they took to “cook” our food it was delivered with speed to our house where we prepared to eat during the virus pandemic where upon inspection of the meals they were supposed to be the same but weren’t the potatoes were different as well as the toast but the real issue was the steak was supposed to med well and what we received was almost inedible... read more

The new to go containers don't hold up like the old ones. Because the to go order I had was all smashed down every single one.

I normally love this place but I ordered a Caesar Salad and never have I ever been to a food establishment that served a Caesar Salad with regular iceberg lettuce and no romaine. Was very disappointed as I couldn’t even finish my salad nor wanted to take it home. ☹️

The food isnt very special and my waitress wasnt the nicest. I got a very small portion of Cinnamon roll toast. I thought by the description it would be enough to fill me up, it wasnt, it was maybe 3 inches wide with 3 half inch slices and a side of fruit that was too hard to eat as it was the closet pieces to the melon rind. I wont be going back.

If you order take out, you might get food from another customer’s plate 😡 Manager was not interested in our complaint!

We like Black Bear Dinner But today they suck. Here’s why Me and wife sat down and we ordered our food 🥘 then other people started coming sitting Down on other tables they order there food and they got Quick there’s four or five tables getting they food fast and me wife are like what hell we should’ve got food half hour ago Bad service

They offer Friday unlimited fish and chips but when you ask for 2 times the server comes to you very nice to let you know that her manager say is not possible serve more fish because 3 times is the limit?????????so why they offer unlimited?

In restaurant we have never had a bad experience. We have ordered via door dash 3 times now and every time it was wrong, cold, poorly put together, and just not edible. We will continue to visit the location but will do our "dashing" orders from other locations(2-3 times a week).
