I am so super disappointed with the Layton Black Bear location!!! We waited 20 min before we were greeted by our waitress at our table. She took our drink order and returned 10 minutes later with 2 waters, hot cocoa and a Dr. Pepper. By this time we had been seated for 30 minutes. She dropped our drinks off and said she would be back. Another 5-10 min went by. Finally she was ready to take our order. We had asked for some of their yummy cornbread. The food was fabulous. Halfway through my meal the waitress asked if I wanted a box for leftovers and left our check. People were waiting for our table. I didn't like feeling rushed to leave.
Very good food but way over priced. I got the chicken fried steak breakfast and coffee. All that with tip for just me was $20.

Pretty nice experience here. The service was friendly but slow. The patty on my burger was delicious but the burger as a whole was just okay. The decor and ambiance was cute. I'll give this place another shot with breakfast sometime.
