RecommendedI will never stop there again. This is the second time I’ve gotten cold food. Our order was not done right. No refills. That’s it for us! I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We waited over 1/2 hour to get our food. French fries were under cooked. Cheese burger looked like it had sat for a while. Bun was smashed and cold, lettuce was wilted and overall not well presented. Would not return to this location.

The place is very dirty, it stinks like urine near the entry door, the food was burnt. Poor management has probably contributed to this.
So my wife and I eat at the Los Banos Black Bear once a week. We have a regular waitress, and a few regular meals that we order. The service is always great, food usually very good. Normally I wouldn't write a review, but the past few visits have been a bit disappointing as far as the management of the restaurant. While I won't post the managers name here, but they are the newest at this location. On more than one occasion this manager has 'scolded' an employee in the dinning area. Foos is good , service is all right. You have to practiclly wave youre hand to get attention when you need something extra If you have a lot of people get more help And you guys will be all right.
Food good, service too slow. Need more help in kitchen.
