Went here today for the first time with family and it was terrible food taste old and it was cold my daughter even had a hair in her food. Should have went to chili's

Food's OK and a decent price BUT the atmosphere is overwhelmed by a juke box blasting music from the 60's & 70's. I mean it's so loud you can't have a conversation with a person sharing your table. When we were first seated we mentioned the loud music and were told they had already turned it down. We then asked the manager to turn it down, but got a "the volume is set by corporate and we can't turn it down" excuse. Really? So who's telling the truth? Let's say it's Black Bear corporate.
