Food good, service too slow. Need more help in kitchen.
Service was worst of any Black Bear we have ever eaten at. Had to keep swatting flys. Came around for one refill on drinks & that was when we were ready to leave. Four servers & less than,six tables had customers. Asked to log in on my eclub acct to get points for the meal & was told they didn't do the eclub at that Black Bear. It is highlighted on their site though. Never go back to this Black Bear Diner.

The worst service ever had in my life Javier the waitress the most rude attitude like if he was doing me a favor pls coffee was cold and nasty I don't recommend it never will I go back.......

Compared to the other black bear diners i have been to this one is the worst.
Went here today for the first time with family and it was terrible food taste old and it was cold my daughter even had a hair in her food. Should have went to chili's
