we just ordered lunch through door dash! our dasher did great! Our food is gross! The 2orst ever! I ordered the club with a cup of soup the soup container is half empty the sandwich I domt even have words to describe how bad it is... my son's burger was not cooked to specifications and the cheese looked like melted plasic! I will never order from Black Bear again!

Server took our order then we never saw him again. Another server brought our food about 30 min later. poached eggs were raw, waffle was cold and bacon, well 1 slice was under done the other over done. TERRIBLE

Poor service again! Everytime we are put in the overflow room, it seems we are forgotten about. It took 20 minutes to get our beverages, another 15 to get refills and straws, and we are still waiting for our food 40 minutes later.
My prime rib was fatty and very dry. Dissapointed.

I’m generally a fan of black bear. My coworkers & I always enjoy their salads & sandwiches ! So when I had family down here visiting , I didn’t hesitate recommending them for breakfast. Unfortunately I was was very disappointed. It took 22 minutes to get our food even tho the restaurant wasn’t yet full. The hash browns were ice cold as well as the toast- as evidenced by the butter on the toast that had not even melted. Just a glob of thick butter on the bread.
