Poor customer service The salad had moldy tomatoes in it.
One of the worst experiences at a restaurant ever! First extremely slow taking our order! Second received cold food! Third the waitress lied about the food (it sat for 10 minutes on the counter)! And lastly the waitress was extremely rude and so was the assistant manager who couldn't be found for 30 minutes!

I went to black bear twice on my recent trip to Medford. They were very accommodating to my vegan and gf needs and put their vegie burger in a tortilla wrap for me. But the second time I dined there, I found a chunk of ground beef in my wrap which was pretty horifiying coincidering I am vegan :( And all I got from the waiter was sorry!!!!!!
