In addition to loving the breakfast foods (I haven't had a chance to try lunch or dinner yet) the ambiance, and the value, we really like the people who work here. We always leave feeling full and happy!

Today on June 30th I dined in a little over 12pm and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had as a customer. I'm not the one to leave reviews or ask to speak to a manager but they really need to step up their game. The service was great and staff here are always friendly but the only reason why I am giving it a 3 star rating is not only was the restaurant a complete mess when I arrived but the restaurant needs to do something about the flies. If you're hungry, you can never go wrong with black bear! This location provided quick and welcoming service. The inside is spacious and clean. I ordered the chicken avocado club with a side of fries. It was fresh and tasty. Per usual, I had leftovers to take home. The portions are always generous. My husband got the chicken fried steak. It was so good!! It was tasty and crunchy - just how we like it. I love how the kids menu also has a lot of options.

Jenny was wonderful as always. It's always a pleasure to have her as our server. The food was delicious and came quick. Jenny made sure we had fresh brewed coffee even though it was the middle of the day. Can't wait to come back!

We came here for Father's Day! So glad we did! The restaurant is smaller than the Murrieta location, but service and delicious food consistency is highly maintained. Service is friendly! Ambiance is very comfortable and homey. We had the chicken fried steak with a baked potato, it was delicious! Black Bear has the best chicken fried steak. The brownie sundae was a real treat. Everything we ordered was great! For a home cooked meal with a home feel, we highly recommend Black Bear!

I was craving a Reuben sandwich on Easter Sunday. The sandwich was fantastic and the service was even better. A very nice server I wish I could recall her name. It is a very comfortable environment and very large so it can accommodate many people without feeling crowded.

Had a free breakfast special on line. Had never been here before. It was everything promised in the ad. Food was very good and large portions. Service was on point and friendly. Menu looked very good. Will be back for the Friday fish fry.
