I rated the Black Bear diner little over a year ago right after they opened. I feel that I didn't do the diner justice. It was so crowded at that time because , literally, everyone in Sun City wanted to try it! I've since been to the Black Bear and it turns out that this time it was AMAZING! Large portions and the food was delicious! I tried to delete my "year ago 2 star" rating but Yelp wouldn't let me! I'm glad I don't literally have to eat crow! This time was completely enjoyable!

We just came in for the Saint Patrick day dinner special and it is a deal. The portions are for two. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. My husband corn beef hash and I got the Reuben sandwich. We have dinner breakfast for tomorrow.

This is one of the best dinners we've been to. From the fresh squeeze orange juice, and the delicious grind coffee, to the amazing service we received from our server "Any". We will definitely be coming back.
