Love it! They have food that appeals to both kids and adults. They were even open on Christmas. We will have to plan with that in mind next year.

😕Not their best showing. Waitress served me chili with onions and did not give me option to say no. She tried to over-charge me for the corn muffin that comes with the chili. Then pretty much told me I had to pay now as she was going on break, even though I was still finishing my tea. When I asked if the onions were standard or optional, the waitress said they were standard, the manager said they are by request. But how can I know they'll add onions if no one tells me. The Black Bear diner in Milpitas refused to serve a group of veterans who used to gather there. They have moved to Omega Diner. Shame on you.

I will no longer be eating at any Black Bear Diner because of the Milpitas location recently treated some veterans. In fact, 10 family members had already planned to eat at the Manteca Ca location and we all agreed to meet someplace else. We have family that are veterans. I am also canceling my Black Bear Club membership.

Terrible service. I had to call the diner via telephone to get service as our server forgot about us. This was at the Milpitas Black Bear Diner.
