The service was horrible, no one came to us for 15 minutes after we were seated and the restaurant was not busy at all. One waiter helped all tables around us but not us. Very disappointed!

The quality of the food, portion size and service (our server was very good and accomodating) are usually good here. But, because we were seated in the section near the counter/grill, we could see the food orders coming/going. It seemed very chaotic and unorganized. My son's order didn't arrive when mine did, so I was finished eating before his food even arrived. Our server offered him a shake, soup, etc. but we passed on that. OK place for breakfast. Long wait. Was hoping to see the mascot, who sometimes makes an appearance. ;-)
