In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Of course for a Friday it was super busy, but the Orem location is alway busy no matter the day. But I like to look at busy meaning it's great food and awesome service, which was the case! Our server was Thomas (cool guy with the man bun) he had excellent etiquette in service, and the food was great. This was my husbands first time at the restaurant, and he highly recommends the apple crumble all a mode.
