First I want to say all the other locations I have been to have been great but the Orem location should just be shut down! Terrible service, over-cooked but cold food. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location.

The service is horrible the potatoes were raw they ignored us and didn’t make things right I left hungry never will recommend this place to anyone o will not be back

My son was dying to have Black Bear for his birthday today. we came in, sat, and waited 25 min. we weren't even acknowledged by servers. even when they walked to the bathroom. right by where we were seated. To my son's great sadness we left. what an absolute joke. The table by us even got served while we were waiting.

Got chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes n gravy side of Chile n onion rings. Wasn’t one thing on my plate that was even close to being hot. Chile was warm. Chicken fried steak which was deep fried wasn’t even warm. Terrible meal Wife got chicken tenders with fry’s. Fry’s we’re not even hot n chicken was just bearly warm. Have one of these restrants opening in Richfield, Utah and was looking forward to its opening. But not so much now. Will try when it opens one more time. Comes out the same won’t go back! Sorry
