I had a new York steak and it tasted like it had been soaked in water overnight no flavor at all. service was good.

Black Bear Diner hid my original review and still will not help me or sort this out. It's been a week. So I thought I'd share again (heads up, BBD, I'm a social media manager so the normal tricks won't make this go away). Original Review: Don’t go here. I put in an online order and was charged for it and was told the order didn’t go through. Then told I wouldn’t be issued a refund and I’d have to call corporate tomorrow. Extremely unprofessional. It’s been almost a week since they “lost” our to-go order even though our card was charged. They refused to give us the food we paid for and still haven’t returned our money to us. If you don’t like having your money stolen, avoid this place.
