Had the worst waitress very rude and never came to check on us to see if we needed more coffee I will never ever come back went to Airway cafe Nexted to the Porterville Airport the food is ten times better and the waitresses are very polite

My mom 88 years old in a wheel chair, my wife and I and our two teen age kids. Came in for early dinner after a workout at the local gym. They sat us right away and took our order promptly. service was so slow and our food was subpar
Boy were they busy. Luckily it was just me and I sat at the counter. First, I love Black Bear and go as often as I can. But if we never share the negatives then they may never know about them. Who designed the counters? Seats are uncomfortable and foot rest is to high. It was warm out, but freezing cold, too cold sitting at counter. Amazed at the amount of food that comes out of kitchen into windows and just sits there. They seem to wait for entire order to be in window before any of it moves towards a table. I asked the waiter to please bring me some extra syrup for my pancake after waiting and not eating my pancake I asked him what about my syrup he said you are I asked the wrong person he doesn't do syrup BS
I ordered an order of Biscuits and gravy with a sausage patty and coffee. The Biscuits were pretty tough. I thought I'd have to get a chainsaw to cut the Biscuits. I don't think I'll be eating there for a long time. I don't appreciate the staff speaking Spanish to each other either.
