I had ordered take out, a turkey club and fries. I got home and stared eating the fries, went to pick up the sandwich and there was a roach in the container! I immediately went back to the restaurant asked to talk to the manager which was Jose. His response shocked me, first he admitted to knowing the restaurant had roaches and that I had to understand that that's just the way it it at every restaurant. I've been going to Black Bear Diner since they've opened and have always had a pretty good experience with both the service and food. Today was different! Today I received what I would call the worst service I ever have from a dining experience. We went to breakfast this morning and the service was decent to start. However after receiving our food we never saw out server at our table again. We were short silverware, all of the bacon was undercooked and some of the pancakes were overlooked on the bottom. 2nd day ive been here this week... first time my burger was completely wrong and even got Root Beer instead of Dr. Pepper when the waitress refilled it, now I had to wait until my food was out before even getting asked if I needed a refill and it took 5 min after that to get it
