We always enjoy coming here food is delicious but our visits really stand out because of Mario. He is friendly, attentive, and makes us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sit down. He checks us in at just the right times, makes great recommendations, and keeps everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed. Service like this is why we keep coming back. I've been coming to Black Bear Diner every weekend for over a year, what makes me come back is the exceptional service I get every time from Mario and Gio, the food is amazing and the portions are better than any other restaurant around. I will keep coming back to my favorite breakfast restaurant. Thank You Mario and Gio for the great hospitality and for making me feel at home every time.

Denise was amazing!! Had a mishap with some of the food and she rectified the situation fast and with a friendly demeanor!! Service was excellent and I felt taken care of so well!! It's tough to find good service these days especially if some things don't go as planned with a meal. From what I can see, Denise is a dedicated server who takes pride in her work!! Thank you Denise for making the evening end on a high note!

My family and I had the best experience this morning. Food was delicious. Our server Denise was amazing. She was attentive and charming. I have to say she's the best server I've had in all of Rancho Cucamonga in the past few years. Food 10/10 and service 10/10 .

If you haven't had their Friday night, all you can eat fish fry you're missing out on a great meal, and I love the hush puppies too. The young waitress and waiter are so welcoming and you get excellent service from both. Sorry I missed your names a definite Friday night meal to enjoy.
