Great service from my server, Ingrid. She was the only one on the floor for a while when I was there & while the tables kept coming, she greeted every newcomer with a smile & maintained a happy & professional attitude throughout.

What got my attention was a biscuit advertisement on social media. Had to look to see where the closest was. Drove to Upland disappointed we couldn't find, so we resumed east and lo and behold we found it in Rancho Cucamonga. And I will tell you the biscuits did not disappoint so soft. Before we ordered I seen a dinner salad go by it looked so refreshing but I had opted for a sandwich and fries. Our waiter whom was also the supervisor brought me a sample salad. This morning we decided to try Black Bear diner and we were blown away by our server Denice! She was extremely attentive and personable. Making sure our coffees were always full and promptly serving us our food. Much appreciated we will be back!

I went in for Mothers Day and my server Ingrid made all of our Mothers Day much more special. We all loved her down to earth just super sweet personality. She made us feel like we were family not just customers. We had 9 in our party and she didn't miss a beat. We were well taken care of, she never failed to check up on us and get us anything we needed. Ingrid was funny, kind, very sweet and also professional.
