Restaurant wasn’t busy, Sat down immediately asked what we would like to drink. From there it went down hill. Waited for our beverages for about 10 to 15 minutes. My wife put cream and sugar in her coffee but there was know silverware on the table and when I asked for silverware the waiter said they were in the dishwasher. As the years go by, service gere is TERRIBLE! Just walked out after waiting 2 minutes to be seated. (Only 5 tables occupied). Now sitting next door waiting for Burger King food because we don't have that kind of time . There was literally 2 employees standing around the ENTIRE 20 minutes.
I don’t usually post bad reviews for a restaurant; However, this location is HORRIBLE. Literally employees standing in the dining area watching customers stand outside in the cold, not coming out to say what is going on and why they are not open on time. I know everywhere is short staffed due to the pandemic, but it is unacceptable if you wish to keep your doors open to not tell your customers what is going on and only having 16 year old teenagers working with no supervision who clearly don’t give a crap about anyone. Don’t get Black Bear to-go. I’ve gotten a burger to go twice and it was HORRIBLE! It’s like they put less effort into it because it’s to-go. Burger thrown together, fries so undercooked I couldn’t even eat them. I gave it 2 tries and it was terrible both times.

1st Time at this diner. I ordered an omelette with mushrooms and cheese. The mushrooms were not cooked. Appeared to be thrown on top as an afterthought. John orange juice actually tasted like it had gone bad � Both were left uneaten and when we mentioned this to the server he just handed us our bill. To say the least we won’t be going there again.
