Good food, but service was slow, 10-15 minutes to get our coffee, it was not busy at the time, there couple other things, but let it be...
When your kid has food allergies and you request that item be excluded for their plate, you expect not to have it. It took over an hour to get our food, so my kid was forced to share my plate. The manager checked on our table, was told & they still charged me for a plate she could not eat
Loved it the first time we went. Second time, not so much. Fish and chips nearly inedible. So disappointing.
Completely disappointed. My sons meal came with a side of apples/applesauce. My daughter said she saw a hair in it, upon taking a closer look the apples had hair growing on them! The waiter apologized, took it away, and said he told the manager. My son was so disgusted he wouldn't eat his dinner. Used to be one of our fav places a couple years back. Gave them a try again last night. Used to order the fried chicken or fried shrimp. Played it simple and safe with the cheeseburger-Frenchfry basket. The bun smelled like plastic and had a funny taste. We were on a time schedule. So I took the hamburger out and tried to eat it. Totally tasteless. Left it. Fries were ok. When the fries are better than the entree, it's pretty sad. We'll go elsewhere.

I took my son there today for breakfast. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and he ordered kids chicken straps and French fries. After half an hour they brought out my food. ONLY MY FOOD.
