Black Bear Diner St Charles is open as of 11/19/2018. I definitely recommend that you go. They have a vast variety of mouth watering menu items. Their cheddar broccoli soup was thick & creamy. Just thinking about it makes me wish that I had some now. Their sweet potato fries were the best that I have ever tasted, & the onion rings were equally yummy. Food and service was great. HUGE portions so be prepared and wear ur “fat pants” ;) Enjoyed breakfast (pancakes and loaded hash browns), was more than I could eat. Our server BJ was so friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

It was a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. The food was very good. Service was very good, even though it was a soft opening. The fresh squeezed orange juice was awesome! Coffee was terrific too.
