I ordered a pickup through DoorDash. Got there 5 minutes before it said it was ready. Stood there for 45 minutes checking every order that they put out on the counter. I finally asked about my order and the bus boy over heard me and went to check on it. A woman came out from the back and said someone else must have picked it up. RecommendedSo they got our order wrong and instead of giving us another burger, they scooped out part of the bun to remove sauce but left mayo under the burger-by the time they “fixed” it burger was cold. Yuck. We did not have time to send it back again. But they did take a couple of dollars off bill.
Good was good service was poor.
My grand daughter and I visited your St. Charles location on May 24th for my birthday. She ordered theHappy cub cakes I ordered my favorite classic Benedict’s. Even though I had a free bear choice for my birthday.. It started with drinks.. I ordered a Dr. Pepper my grand daughter apple juice. Server comes back and tells me sorry we are out of Dr. Pepper. When you have 2 diners, then both plates should be delivered together, not almost 10 minutes apart! Also, both of our plates were the same way, half hot and half cold! If we wanted cold waffles and hash browns we would have taken them out of the freezer ourselves!

I went there for Dinner yesterday had to send the food back for being ice cold, got the food back the second time and it was barely warm. The waitress was not the best we we had to remind her 2 to 3 times for condiments we would like. I tried to speak to a manger about the experience and the issues we were having and he did not really seem to care, this morning I tried to call and speak to the store manager and got told she was to busy to take any phone calls and i can try back at a later time to try and reach her.
