In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. They make cinnamon roll french toast like I learned how to. Hobo Omelet was awsome and enough for 2 but was so good you won't want to share.
