We were their for over five minutes and no one came to our table. So we got up and left.
food was cold. Had to send it back to be remade. waitress was very nice.

wait staff brought food to wrong table. they were not attentive to the customers. I will never go to the Tempe location. my meal should have been free, that's how bad the service was.

Server got my order incorrect, food was dried out and cold, waited 40 minutes from order to table (was told the kitchen was backed up with Uber eats) Waited an addition 10 min just to be seated as host was busy taking to go orders while other servers just stood and watched. Overall bad experience, first and last time there.

I usually enjoy black bear dinner, but this experience and food quality were bad. I ordered the Reuben. the meat was dry and overcooked and there was no cheese on sandwich. when I mentioned the lack of cheese, the server took it back to kitchen and they slapped a piece of cheese on it. normally great food, maybe pandemic is affecting operations
