I think they needed to change the oil they cooked the hash browns in, had an old smell. The sausage and egg was cold BUT BUSCUITS AND GRAVY was good. Great service though ! My fave is so far Tucson loacation mind you!! I did not complaint just disappointed is all.

This is not the best Black Bear Diner. Gilbert location is so much better. I got here early to put our name in. I told them 5 people, was asked if we need a kids menu, I said yes. Was told10 to 15 minutes ,took about a half hour. The hostess walked by the manager who gave her a table number. Well that table only seated 4. She immediately took us to a larger table that had 2 menus. She said she would get more and never came back. Waitress came by about 5 minutes later took our drink orders and then brought menus when ... read more

Cold French fries cold chicken sandwich will never be go to the Black Bear Diner in Tempe .. Didn't like the service there at all
