Over 40 minutes for marginally warm food. Told waitress and she said she could warm it. I was to hungry and had waited to lon so I declined the offer

It took forever to get seated. There were people who seated that had been at tables for over two hours. unacceptable for a restaurant turnover. When we finally were seated and ordered our food and received it most of the food came out at lukewarm temperatures. We will never return. By the time we had paid our check the table of fifteen was still there after being notified that they had been there too long. Ordered an omelette and sausage to go. Told ten minutes, it took 20. Pretty sure my ticket didn’t go in until I showed up. I did. I declined hash browns and toast as they do lot have whole grain. There was no sausage. Lady told me you can’t substitute. I asked, well I didn’t asked for a sub, I wanted sausage. So I paid $15(after tip) for an omelette and no offer to make it right. RIP OFF....NEVER AGAIN

We just brought a party of 11 to the Black Bear Diner at 9:15. When hearing that we were a party of 11, the hostess rolled her eyes and made it quite clear she didn’t want us there. She reluctantly went to “make us room” to only come back a few minutes later and say “you guys do know that we close in half an hour?” despite their posted closing time of 10:00pm. We said yes. My husband and I went to this location on 8/17/18 around 7PM the restaurant was not busy at that time. I ordered the salmon which was extremely dry and overcooked. They were out of broccoli so I received corn which had bell pepper in it which was not mentioned by the waitress. The corn muffin was burned on the bottom and the salad was wilted. We stopped in tonight for the Friday fish fry. As we walked in the place was fairly empty. There was one couple in line ahead of us. Three workers were standing near the kitchen area, none looked over. Soon there were two more parties in line behind us. Finally one worker looked over and mentioned to the other girl. The guy didn't bother turning around. They still didn't acknowledge anyone and stood there. Terrible! Waited an hour for our food and ended up leaving. We will never return.
Pass this location long wait for burnt bacon and unbuttered toast. Sourdough means sourdough. Not dry white bread. Never again
Food was cold!!!!!!!!! Mashed potatoes taste like they came from a retirement home And it’s $5 for a glass of orange juice with no free refills and tastes like they used rotten oranges!! Not a location I’d recommend or return to!
