We ordered Sweet potato fries to go & requested NOT to burn the fries. The Cashier told the cook NOT to burn. And yet, the cook did NOT LISTEN & burnt it !! So disappointed!!!! Cook, pay attention what you were told to cook . We threw it away, we don't eat burnt sweet potatoe fries !!!!!

This is for all Veterans out there. We live about 2 miles from this location so we go here al the time, usually on Friday or Saturday night. Sometimes we stop for dinner during the week if we had an an appt in town. I am very disappointed . This location use to give a "Veteran" discount but now they have changed their policy and only give the discount to "Active" duty. Shame on you Black Bear in Tonopah at the TA, 339th & I-10. I guess the Veteran's service to their country is no longer important to this Black Bear owner. On... read more

Very big portions but low key lacks a bit of seasoning/flavor. Service is very good though and attentive.

food was good service was good they were a little busy everyone was busy people we're waiting to be seated and all the manger was doing was goss in the back with the service as a manger you make sure you help out all through the restaurant maybe she needs to be trained better the customers is who pay your wages so we expect good customer service.
