Think twice about giving your hard earned money away. Got served lukewarm Eggs Benedict and a small portion of cold potatos; at least the coffee was good. Black Bear used to give you a side of fruit. Gone!! Black Bear used to serve good size portions. GONE!! LOOKS like they're tightening up on their food now.Very sad.I've been a customer for over 15 years, so I know how great it was in the past. Food was cold. Burger was under cooked and bleeding on the bun! Didn't get silverware for 5 minutes after food was on table.

My wife and I wanted to try out the new place. We went in for Thanksgiving dinner. The prices were great, the portions of food were great the only complaint that we had was a feeling of being pushed to eat and leave. Just as were were sliding into the booth the waitress asked for drink orders. She brought the drinks and asked are you having the turkey, to which we responded yes then asked us about salads etc. About 2 minutes later she brought out the salads. Went right after grand opening and it was great, went yesterday and the hash browns hurt to eat, but into the omelet and almost broke a tooth on something resembling a rock. Will never go to this location again, manager more than rude.

The worst Black Bear I have ever been to. Country potatoes were almost raw, and had no crispy crust. Also there was a curly hair mixed in with them which I do not have. The Chorizo Breakfast burrito was missing the Chorizo so had no meat of any kind, just egg and undercooked potato. It wasn't wrapped properly and fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The utter lack of care and effort put into making this food for the price is astounding. Cashier wasn't rude but I wouldn't say friendly either, definitely not the level of cust... read more
