Yesterday we had a huge meal order from Palo Verde Generating Station, Security Department. I called in my order and was walked through 17 separate food orders with Black Bear representative Jasmine, who basically took my order line by line, name by name, item by item. She was so professional, kind and courteous. She personally took charge of my order and made sure we received what was ordered.
