Yesterday we had a huge meal order from Palo Verde Generating Station, Security Department. I called in my order and was walked through 17 separate food orders with Black Bear representative Jasmine, who basically took my order line by line, name by name, item by item. She was so professional, kind and courteous. She personally took charge of my order and made sure we received what was ordered. We know we have many choices to choose from these days when it comes to eating out for breakfast. However, our most favorite choice always takes us to BBD in Tonopah. It's definitely like going home to family. Our server Lashes, makes it so every visit. She makes our experience from hello to goodbye like no other. From the food to the overall atmosphere, we always feel welcomed. So though we'd prefer to keep this wonderful place a well kept secret...we thought we should pass it forward.

Over The Road Truck Driver who stopped here for fuel and a mudflap, opted to grab a sit down meal and very glad I did. I just had the BEST meal OTR in a very long time. Blackened Salmon was awesome and the Dessert was huge. I don't get this way often but I will be stopping at this Black Bear again if/when I do pass by. Servers were very nice and friendly too.

Five stars for my server Tammy! She was awesome. Salad was good but I'll pass on the prime rib special next time. No color and what most would imagine what lab meat is..
