In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Great food! Was an awesome treat. The portion sizes are huge so leftovers were a plus. Friendly staff and a nice cozy atmosphere. I had the time of my life.
