We ate at the Black Bear Diner in Visalia, Ca. The food was ok. We had the steak and egg special. The steak was small and over cooked...not to our specifications. We ordered a small orange juice which was all of maybe 4oz and was charged a whopping $3.40 for it. When questioned they said what do you expect to pay for fresh squeezed orange juice. Not likely to return or recommend them to anyone.
Terrible people who work there...they dont like serving black people and if the main manager is not there apparently you can't even be seated. Done!

I went tonight to black diner in tulare Ave in tulare ca and the server seemed to be rushing us she sat down and right away asked if we were ready to order without giving us menus then she came back evert 2 seconds so r u ready to order so I just ordered the sirloin steak while it came right away it was too salty and the and tough also the steak sauce made more salty our server never came back to ask how I like my food and never bright me more water and I was charged $28 money spend was not worth it my husband food was al... read more
I was not impressed. It was my first time having dinner there on 5/27/15. The Tri Tip Dip as Well as the lemonade tasted funny and there was a 4 inch long hair in my French fries. Will not return.
