They make a mistake on billing my card. So I pay cash instead. They charge my card anyway with a double tip. Then you try to get refund. No answer...!! Many times I try. One time waitress answers to get manager. He never comes to phone. I call back ... NO ANSWER...!! Black Bear Sucks

When walking in you smell the sewer and in travels in the restaurant. We had to set in the back to get away from the smell. The rest rooms looked and smell like they haven't been cleaned in Days....the carpet was was very Dirty...i won't go back...

Service was bad. Our server didn't get us any refills and didn't bring the sauce for our chicken strips until my friend was already done with her meal. The server looked overwhelmed and it wasn't very busy..
