I’ve been here plenty of time with my family. Tonight was the worse my biscuit felt like it had been reheated, my daughters cornbread was stiff and hard and like it had been reheated (smh) none of my food was hot such a big disappointment the one in Monterey was on point their biscuits were big and fluffy they food came out hot. And we drove from Newark.
The front passenger side window of the car rental of my daughter was broken just this noon so people must not leave valuables in their cars. I suggest that Your restaurant install videocam so culprits are caught & apprehended , thank u
don't go to this restaurant unless you want your car broken into, this is been going on for years but black bear still won't higher security for they're supposed valued customers ?..
To many cars getting robbed and windows busted out, in their parking lot for to long!
They need a walking security. Lots of brake ins into cars. #smachandgrap
Maybe our server was new. The food was delicious though.
Water was good and that’s about it
Been eating there a lot lately and seldom have any problem but yesterday was horrible. The waiter had a problem with his hearing and have to get closer to me coz he can’t hear me and of course my order was missing one. He asked if we want coffee and just brought it without silver ware nor creamer, sugar etc. We have to ask him and supposedly automatically gave us silver ware when he brought us the menu but none!
