After waiting 15 + minutes to have our order taken the food was cold when it got to our table and tasted horrible. The drinks even were bad tasting. I've not ever been more let down by a black bear service an food before. We'll not be going back to that location EVER!
We love going to Black Bear. Good is good. Service is ok. Some servers are better than others
