I had horrible service the last time I came to Black Bear. This time, I had great service. Mandilyn was on top of it. Got our drinks and food in a timely manner. Excellent food.
The staff at Black Bear West Valley are awesome! I love how knowledgeable they are, how friendly, and outgoing they are with guests. I especially love Mila, Suzy, Mandy, Pedro, and Rique. They keep everything running smooth even among the chaos.
Our server Jess H. Was phenomenal. She was so busy that I don't know how she kept up, she worked circles around anyone else I saw in the place. Part of our order was missing (our little ones food didn't get made) but the way she handled the situation was above and beyond what I would have expected. Just because of her great attitude we will keep coming back (actually we did the next day, and just by lucky chance we were seated in her section again. Same fantastic service as the day before!) Great food, fantastic service, and cozy atmosphere. Suzy is wonderful and very attentive and my glass was always refilled before I finished the first.
