The staff were very polite and friendly. I found the hotel itself run down and old, the room had a very strange arrangement with the TV on an inconvenient wall - difficult to see from the bed. My room was above the main village walkway and it was extremely loud until 3 am, making it difficult to sleep.

Was a problem with our room when we arrived. Staff were very apologetic and did what they could to accommodate. We were updated to a suite however it was very outdated with several issues in the room. The large mirror was broken. The built in microwave was broken- door wouldn’t close so the light in the microwave lit up the room all night. Was unable to access the cord to unplug it. Good hot tube and pool
The hotel is fine for the price in Whistler, but be aware, it is very noisy due to its location, and the noise lasts into the night. Would not recommend if you don't like club music or have children, etc.
Generally everything is good.
It is right in the village and so convenient. Staff was super friendly, the manager was there guiding us where to park etc and gave us an upgrade just for stay. Super friendly staff
