Great location, staff was friendly. It's definitely an older lodge which explains why it was much cheaper than similar properties. Owner is a bit over the top with the constant reminders about the rules and calling out that they have cameras. Heater didn't work above 65F and we had to ask twice for some sort of fix so that our ski gear would dry overnight.(Finally got a space heater, which we appreciated as it was 12F overnight). The staff were very polite and friendly. I found the hotel itself run down and old, the room had a very strange arrangement with the TV on an inconvenient wall - difficult to see from the bed. My room was above the main village walkway and it was extremely loud until 3 am, making it difficult to sleep.

Was a problem with our room when we arrived. Staff were very apologetic and did what they could to accommodate. We were updated to a suite however it was very outdated with several issues in the room. The large mirror was broken. The built in microwave was broken- door wouldn’t close so the light in the microwave lit up the room all night. Was unable to access the cord to unplug it.
