The stay fully meet our expectations
Bennie, the General Manager was most friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out; he is just a ray of sunshine, a really great guy that welcomed us at the front desk. Our suite was nice, clean, modern and quiet. The lobby was warm for July, maybe there's no AC in the lobby; the rooms have AC. The staff were very hospitable
Area is very convenient, though the trade off is the loud activity outside/downstairs at night. Air conditioner did a good job of drowning it out though too.
Quiet hotel in hectic location! This hotel is in the heart of Whistler. It is lovely and clean and well maintained. The only neg we encountered was on getting home, having booked and paid for one night via Hotels.com, the hotel had charged us again for our one night stay. Also car parking is free outside but if you use their underground parking it will cost you 30 dollars per 24 hours.
