Pros: The manager was very helpful . The property was clean. it was great location. cons: the bathtub was clogged . we didnt complain since we were there for one night.

When checking in, please avoid parking in the fire lanes, if you have trouble finding parking, call or ask a front desk member (by ringing the bell) for guidance! Despite some confusion on where to park and check in on Google maps, the manager was very accommodating. VERY SAFE FOR FAMILIES.I expressed concern about leaving my truck in the public parkade with some heavy high priced items in the back, the enthusiastic manager accomadated my truck (for a very small fee) to park right infront of the office with camera surveillan... read more

The hotel is nice and very well located, the staff is friendly and they even have a ski rental shop on a side, and a nice small hot tub and pool, so everything is very convenient. The only 2 things we did not like were 1) The check in process: We arrived 8:00 am and the reception desk was totally free but instead of taking our registration info and gave us the key later (at 16:00 which is the Check In time) they just received the luggage with a tag.
